A Santee woman is celebrating after winning $100,000 million in the California State Quick Pick Lottery Thursday night. Charlotte Keys, 34, claimed her prize on Friday morning in La Jolla.
“I was so excited I could not believe it, it was like when I got my first dog, a pure sock,” exclaimed keys. Friday morning Keys found out she won when showing up for her morning shift. With pride of her work Keys is not planning on leaving her job. Keys has worked at 7-eleven for ten years. “ I take a lot of pride in my job, not every body gets to were I am right now most leave before becoming a slurpy specialist” said Keys.
Making her dream come true Keys wants to open a laundry mat as an invesment and build a second floor and create her house were Keys and her husband, Andrew Keys will live. “ It has been my dream since I was a little girl,” Keys said. Keys is not sure of were to open her laundry mat being a possibility of California or Beverly Hills.
“ This is going to help me pay all my bills,” proudly said Keys.
The winning number were 5,45,16,11,16
